  • How quickly will you be able to provide me with a cleaner?
  • We can often find you a cleaner on the same day, contact us today to find out more and see when we can start.
  • What cleaning services do you offer?
  • Clean it offers a wide range of cleaning services. Alongside the usual domestic cleaning services of; Vacuuming, polishing, dusting, bathroom cleaning we will usual accommodate any request a client may have.
  • How do you vet / reference your cleaners?
  • Every cleaner is interviewed and their background researched. This will include current referrals from clients, tests focusing on their cleaning knowledge and several ID checks.
  • Do you have a minimum number of hours?
  • We have a minimum of a two hour clean per appointment.
  • Are your cleaners covered by Insurance?
  • Yes, they have up to £1,000,000 in public liability insurance, covering your property and also the cleaners so there is peace of mind for everyone involved.
  • Do I get the same cleaner every week?
  • You will receive the same cleaner every week unless they are ill or cannot make the appointment. They will then rearrange the appointment or a substitute cleaner can be given if requested and approved by you.
  • Is there a contract?
  • Yes there is a quarterly contract that requires a whole quarter’s notice if you wish to cancel. You may cancel at any time.
  • What happens if my cleaner and I do not match?
  • If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your cleaner then get in touch with us and we will supply you with alternative cleaners. We will deal with the cleaner, we take any customer service dispute very seriously.
